Organophosphate and carbamate pesticide is currently the largest use of pesticides,and more is on the prohibition of the use in fruit,vegetable.This class of pesticides with acetylcholinesterase(Ache)binding in vivo,and are not easily seperated,namely ache activity is inhibited,resulting in the hydrolysis of acetylcholine can’t accumulate in nerve conduction,nerve hyperexcitablity symptoms of poisoning and even death.Based on this toxic principle produces enzyme inhibition rate method, the detection principle can be simply expressed as follows: using a sensitive enzyme extract source prepared butyrylcholinesterase as a detection reagent, according to the degree of change in the activity of butyrylcholinesterase fruits and Vegetables samples to determine pesticide residues.

Usage and Application

It can test Pesticide residue, nitrite / nitrate, sodium formaldehyde sulfoxylate, sulfur dioxide, formaldehyde, heavy metals ( lead, mercury, arsenic, chromium, cadmium ), hydrogen peroxide, protein, residual chlorine, thiram thiophanate methyl, insecticide, gibberellin, melamine, benzoyl peroxide, methanol, sodium cyclamate, saccharin sodium, potassium aluminum sulfate, potassium bromate, potassium sorbate, leather hydrolyzed protein, sodium cyclamate, sodium benzoate, fungus magnesium sulfate, soy amino nitrogen, total acid in vinegar .

    1.Heavy metal in the food,fruit,vegetable,feed,grain etc .

    2.Pesticide residue in the food,fruit,vegetable,feed,grain etc .

    3.Nitrate and nitrite in the food,fruit,vegetable,feed,grain etc  .

Testing Limitation:

Arsenic 0.1mg/kg, lead 0.05mg/kg, chromium 0.01mg/kg, mercury 0.01mg/kg, sodium nitrite 0.005mg/kg, sodium formaldehyde sulfoxylate 5mg/kg, formaldehyde 0.2 mg/kg , methyl Topsin , 0.45μg/mg, 0.025μg/mg , organophosphorus carbamate pesticide 0.3μg/mg , Sulfur dioxide 1.0mg/kg .
